Copenhagen Capacity, together with Center for Akademikere og Virksomhedsservice at Frederiksberg Municipality, is hosting a virtual career fair to match international candidates in Denmark with Danish companies looking to hire. The event will consist of six interview rounds between you and pre-screened international talents explicitly selected for your company needs.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to interview suitable applicants in one-on-one sessions matching your company profile and open vacancies. You will also interact with a wider audience throughout the group sessions.

09.35 – 10.05 Company presentation round: Company representatives will each give a short presentation about what they do, e.g. open vacancies and a short description of what candidates they are looking for.
10.05 – 12.35 Matchmaking sessions and presentations: Individual discussions with the candidates your company have been matched with.

The matchmaking event enables participating companies to save valuable time on candidate selection by interviewing candidates meeting the requirements of your open vacancies.
The matchmaking sessions will be arranged in advance, and we will notify you a few days before the event about the candidate's profiles that were matched with to your company needs.
