About the professional matchmaking event
- Copenhagen Capacity has teamed up with the City of Copenhagen (International House Copenhagen) at this year's International Citizen Days event to connect international talent with Danish companies. The one-on-one matchmaking event on Friday’s agenda is an opportunity for companies to meet skilled talents face-to-face in exclusive meetings in the heart of Copenhagen.
- Interested job-seeking internationals, will be pre-screened before the event, ensuring that companies meet only with the most relevant candidates. During the event, each meeting between a talent and a company will last for 15 minutes, allowing the participants to get to know each other and explore potential employment opportunities.
- This type of matchmaking is highly effective in helping find the right talent, as it streamlines the recruitment process and provides a focused environment for meaningful conversations to take place.
