Join the Danish delegation at the MIT EUROPEAN CAREER FAIR 2025

The MIT European Career Fair (MIT ECF) attracts more than 3000 candidates including graduates, PhDs, postdocs, and experienced professionals from a variety of STEM disciplines.

The candidates you will meet will be a mix of students, working professionals, and recent alumni from renowned American universities in the greater Boston region.

You will also get access to the desirable candidate CV database, which you have access before and after the event.

To enhance your visibility and attractiveness you have a booth in the large Danish stand area at the Fair, which will be marketed before the event

I'm confused, where do I sign up?

To be a part of the Danish delegation you contact Merete Sandager, where you get the discount code and all the information about all the side events happening in Boston besides the main Career Fair.

Official signup at MIT ECF:

To sign up officially you STILL need to sign up and pay for your own organisation at the MIT ECF registration website.

Use the 10% discount code from Copenhagen Capacity.

Deadline for the official signup: February 7, 2025

Do I have to participate in all?

Can I join the MIT European Career Fair just on the Danish stand without paying? Just with a person, not a booth?

No, a company or organisation who aims to recruit from MIT need to signup up individually.

We will make sure all the Danish booths will be placed together and we will also make sure the full Denmark area is prepped and looking like ONE nice area. We will be representing all of Denmark and will be marketing our and YOUR presence before the event through different channels.

Do I have to participate in the side events going in Boston arranged by Copenhagen Capacity?

No, all the side events are voluntary and FREE, but you don't have to participate. But we would like you too, so you can meet event more great candidates:-)
