Floating Power Plant A/S (FPP) have an opportunity for an experienced engineering manager/ technical project manager to join our fast-growing business and lead the technical development of key projects.

Your main task will be the engineering manager role for our integrated floating wind, wave and hydrogen demonstration project in Spain. This will be a global flagship project. If you want to have direct influence and be part of a renewable energy adventure – please do not hesitate to apply.

Tasks

• Coordination and scheduling of engineering tasks
• Develop relevant engineering policies and procedures and ensure engineering team’s compliance
•  Providing technical input to the procurement process for major contracts
• Contribute into and deliver against the engineering Budget in line with overall project
• Deliver integrated, cross-discipline engineering solutions and facilitating the key technical interfaces

Education, Skills and Experience

Required

• Relevant degree in relevant Engineering / science discipline
•  5 + years of proven experience in either wind, oil and gas, marine or energy infrastructure industries.
•  Proficiency in supervising engineering teams in an international context.
•  Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and quality management processes
• Must be eligible to work in Denmark

Desirable

• Experience in floating offshore wind, marine systems engineering or power systems
  engineering
• Experience working with shipyards / heavy industry

Other Attributes

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written communications and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and in different geographies.
• People management skills particularly in view of coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
